What are your hours of operation?
8:00am - 4:30pm

Where is your office located? (main and satellite offices)
Our main office is located at 4750 Waters Ave Suite 500 the Provident Building on the campus of Memorial Hospital
Our Statesboro office is located at 1601 Fair Road Suite 400 in Cotttonridge (Dr. Taormoina's office)
Our Bluffton office is located at 7 Mallett Way Suite 200 in Sheridan Park behind the KFC on 278
Our Vidalia office is located at 1811 Edwina Drive (Dr. Ronnie Smith's office)
Our Jesup office is located at 928 South 1st Street (Dr. Sidney Smith's office)
Our Springfield office is located at 459 Hwy 119 South
Our Okatie office is located at 8 Okatie Boulevard South

Which physician goes to what satellite office and how often?
Dr. Avino sees patients at the Vidalia office the 2nd and 4th Monday.
Dr. Cohn sees patients at the Statesboro office the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Friday
Dr. Downing sees patients at the Okatie office the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesday afternoons.
Dr. Mondy sees patients in Jesup each Thursday.
Dr. Wixon sees patients in Bluffton the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Friday
Dr. Walls sees patients in Springfield the 1st and 3rd Wednesday afternoons.

Can procedures be done at the satellite offices?
All procedures are done in Savannah with the exception of sclerotherapy, which can be performed at a satellite office.

Do your physicians practice at St. Joseph's and Candler?
Yes. Our physician's are on staff at Memorial, St. Joseph's and Candler with the exception of Dr. Nelson, Dr. Horesh and Dr. Downing who are only on staff at Memorial.
