What are your hours of operation?
8:00am - 4:30pm

Where is your office located? (main and satellite offices)
Our main office is located at 4750 Waters Ave Suite 500 the Provident Building on the campus of Memorial Hospital
Our Statesboro office is located at 1601 Fair Road Suite 400 in Cotttonridge (Dr. Taormoina's office)
Our Bluffton office is located at 7 Mallett Way Suite 200 in Sheridan Park behind the KFC on 278
Our Vidalia office is located at 1811 Edwina Drive (Dr. Ronnie Smith's office)
Our Jesup office is located at 928 South 1st Street (Dr. Sidney Smith's office)

Which physician goes to what satellite office and how often?
Dr. Cohn goes to our Statesboro office the 1st Friday of the month from 1:00pm - 3:00pm and every 2nd and 3rd Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm
Dr. Wixon goes to our Bluffton office the 1st,2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 8:00am - 3:30pm
Dr. Avino goes to our Vidalia office on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 9:00 - 3:00
Dr. Mondy goes to our Jesup office the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursday of the month from 9:00am - 3:20pm

Can procedures be done at the satellite offices?
All procedures are done in Savannah with the exception of sclerotherapy, which can be performed at a satellite office.

Do your physicians practice at St. Joseph's and Candler?
Yes. Our physician's are on staff at Memorial, St. Joseph's and Candler with the exception of Dr. Nelson, Dr. Horesh and Dr. Downing who are only on staff at Memorial.
